We use the Australia Post parcel system for the delivery of our products and occasionally couriers for larger items. Orders are generally processed and dispatched within 48 hours of receiving the order, however please allow 10 working days for the delivery of your order.

Delivery charges are payable for each address that items are being sent to.

POSTAGE TO COUNTRIES OUTSIDE AUSTRALIA

Postage fees for countries outside Australia are:

New Zealand                        $12.50

All other countries                 $50.00 for up to $250. 20% of order total for orders over $250.

ITEMS ON BACKORDER

Where there is insufficient stock to meet your request, we can place the item on 'backorder'. The delivery timeframe for a backorder is dependent on the availability of stock from the supplier and the time it takes for stock to arrive. Please allow 6-8 weeks for an item placed on backorder. We will e-mail you within 7 days of your order date to advise a more accurate delivery date.
