1) HOW TO BUY FROM PRETTY PRINCESS

Once you have found a product you would like to purchase, check that the quantity is correct and that you have selected any applicable options (eg. colour, size). Then click 'Add to Cart' which is under the product box on the right hand side. If you would like to continue browsing or make another selection, simply continue browsing. You can check on the total price of your order (excluding postage) at anytime by clicking on ‘Your Shopping Cart’ at the top of the screen. When you are ready to complete your purchase, click on the checkout icon at the top of the website. You will be required to either create a new account (for new customers) or login (for existing customers). You will then be guided through a 4-step process including (1) shipping address, (2) shipping method, (3) payment method, and (4) review and complete order.

2) PAYMENT PROCESS AND SECURITY

We accept credit card payments and direct deposit. If you would like to pay via direct deposit, please select the ‘direct deposit’ payment method and you will be advised our bank account details upon completion of your order. Once we have confirmed that the payment has been credited to our bank account, we will dispatch your order.

We use ‘eWAY’ as our payment gateway provider. Your credit card payment is processed via this independent company.

3) PRICES

All prices include GST (Goods & Services Tax 10%) unless specified otherwise. All prices are in Australian Dollars. Please note minimum purchase is $10.

At Pretty Princess, we want you to be happy with your purchase. When buying on the internet, you may not be completely sure of what the product is going to be like. Therefore, we offer a 30-Day money back guarantee (excluding shipping) on all of the products we sell (within the framework of our Returns Policy, see below).

5) RETURNS POLICY

If for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, simply return the product within 30 days of purchase and we will gladly provide you with a refund or exchange.

Please e-mail us within 7 days of receiving the item so that we can arrange a refund or exchange.

All goods must be unused and in the original packaging (tags attached etc).

Return postage is the responsibility of the sender.

6) GIFT WRAPPING

We provide a gift wrapping service for $2.50 per order. Items are wrapped in plain paper with coordinating ribbon (colours/styles of paper and ribbon depend on materials in stock). To take advantage of this service, simply add the product titled 'Gift Wrapping' to your shopping cart, and $2.50 will be added to your order. Please contact us or put a note with your order if you have any specific requirements regarding the wrapping of your gift. You will receive $5 off any AROMABABY® purchase of $25 or more. This offer is strictly for orders that include Aromababy products to the value of $25.00 or more. We will deduct the $5.00 cash back from your current order, and forward a copy of your Tax Invoice to Aromababy on your behalf, for reimbursement. By entering the above code, you are consenting to us providing these details to Aromababy.
